Clinic Hours

  • Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 am - 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. We observe the major holidays throughout the year; New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We also close early on Thanksgiving eve, Christmas eve and New Year's eve.

  • Outside of our regular hours, a healthcare provider is on-call at all times for all urgent medical needs. You may reach them by calling 406-442-1231. A phone messaging system is utilized so be sure to listen to the instructions carefully. You should receive a phone call within 15 minutes. If for any reason you do not, please call again. Messages should be left for urgent medical needs only. Matters such as appointments, billing questions, prescription refills, etc. should be addressed with appropriate staff during regular clinic hours.

  • IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 OR PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM.

Appointments

  • We set aside a number of appointments every day to try to accommodate your urgent/acute care needs. Please check with us for availability before going to an urgent care facility.

  • We do not treat patients with antibiotics based on a phone request. Please make an appointment for all of your acute or sudden illnesses to receive a proper evaluation and prescription medication if appropriate.

  • When making an appointment with our staff, be sure to relay the reason(s) for your visit. Failure to do so may result in not enough time being allotted and an additional appointment may be necessary so that all of your concerns will receive the attention needed.

  • New patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes early if you have completed your paperwork from our website or received it in the mail. If paperwork has not been completed, please arrive 20-25 minutes early. Download our new patient packet:

  • We make every effort to stay on schedule as we believe your time is as valuable as ours. Delays on our part are generally due to unexpected urgent or complex medical situations. To help keep us on schedule we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We will notify you when the appointment is made if we need you to come earlier for paperwork, etc. Patients arriving greater than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance, more if possible. Patients or families who have repeated broken appointments without adequate notice may not be rescheduled.
